Shipping policy

Orders received by 10am Melbourne (Aust) time will be shipped same day.

PetWell® will endeavour to deliver all products ordered within Australia in 2-5 business days for metro areas and up to 10 business days for rural areas from date of order confirmation.

Our delivery times are indicative only and PetWell® will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times. All domestic and international orders are shipped via Australia Post, Aramex or Star Track.

PetWell® does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays and we shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided in relation to the date and time of delivery.

PetWell® reserves the right not to ship to remote or rural locations.
