Hi sorry to be bearer of bad news but the hem ball loop is already shredded by a 8 month Labradoodle ihave only had for just over a week
Hi Sandra, we’re so sorry to hear that your hemp ball loop didn’t last – we know how enthusiastic pups can be, and it’s always disappointing when a toy doesn’t hold up the way you hoped.
Many of our customers have their hemp toys for years, but we also understand that every dog plays differently. We'd be more than happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund – whichever you prefer. Please reach out to us at orders@petwell.com.au and we’ll get this sorted straight away.
My dog and cat both love this ball.
I purchased this toy for a friends dog, great item to throw and play tug of war with.
This toy is awesome! My boy destroys every toy he gets in a matter of minutes! He has had this one for a month now and its still in one piece...AMAZING!!!!
